Common questions
Do I have to go all-electric?
No — but most clients now choose it. All-electric homes paired with solar typically run cheaper than gas-connected equivalents, and avoid gas connection fees.
What does 7-star actually mean?
The NatHERS star rating measures the thermal performance of the home's shell. Higher stars mean less energy needed for heating and cooling — 7 stars is our minimum, not our ceiling.
