Are your site costs really fixed?
Yes. We complete soil tests and a contour survey before contract, so your site costs are locked in writing — not provisional allowances.
What deposit do I need to get started?
An initial $2,000 secures your design and current pricing while we prepare your fixed-price proposal. Your building contract deposit is 5%.
Can I make changes to a standard design?
Absolutely. Most clients make structural tweaks — extended alfresco, extra bedroom, raised ceilings. Your consultant will price changes before anything is signed.
The Build
How long will my build take?
Single storey homes typically take 20–24 weeks from slab, double storey 28–34 weeks, weather permitting. Your contract includes a guaranteed build time.
Can I visit the site during construction?
Yes — we schedule supervised walkthroughs at frame stage and pre-plaster, and your supervisor sends weekly photo updates in between.
Who checks the quality of the build?
Alongside our own supervisors, every home receives independent third-party inspections at frame, pre-plaster and completion.
After Handover
What happens if something needs fixing after I move in?
Your home includes a 12-month maintenance period with scheduled visits at three and twelve months, plus a 25-year structural guarantee.
Do you help with landscaping and fencing?
Turnkey packages include driveway, letterbox, fencing and front landscaping. Ask your consultant what's included on your selected package.
