A guided session selecting colours, finishes and inclusions with our interior team.

Approvals
We manage council permits, developer approvals and energy reports end to end.

Construction
Milestone updates weekly, independent inspections at frame, pre-plaster and completion.

Handover & care
Keys, a full walkthrough, then scheduled care visits at three and twelve months.

Single storey homes typically take 20–24 weeks from slab; double storey 28–34 weeks. Your contract includes a guaranteed build time — with compensation if we exceed it.
